Alison Beatrice BARNECUTT

469. Alison Beatrice BARNECUTT, daughter of William BARNECUT and Mary Matilda WATTS, was born in 1882 in Aldershot. She was baptised on 24 September 1882 in the Parish of Holy Trinity, Aldershot in the County of Southampton. At the time of the baptism the family were living at 9 Edward Street and her father William was a Soldier R.E. The ceremony was performed by CA Gillmore, Curate.

Beatrice appeared in the census on 5 April 1891 aged 8. She was living with her parents William [41] a Sapper Royal Engineers and Matilda [29] in Aldershot, Farnham, Hampshire. Living with them were her siblings Louisa [11], Mabel [10], George [5], Annie [2] and Florence [4 months].

Beatrice appeared in the census on 31 March 1901 aged 18. She was living with her parents William [51] a Postman and Matilda [50] in Dobwalls, Liskeard, Cornwall. Living with them were her siblings Frank [15], Annie [11], Florence [9] and Amelia [8].

Alison Beatrice appeared in the census on 2 April 1911 in Hellingly, Hailsham Sussex aged 28. Her occupation was an Asylum Nurse. (RG14PN4886 RD72 SD2 ED15 SN9999)

Alison B died on 14 August 1916 and was buried in Dobwalls Methodist Churchyard, Liskeard, Cornwall, England.
