Bertie Vivian BARNECUT

340. Bertie Vivian BARNECUT, son of Martin Luther BARNECUT and Jane BOWDEN, was born in 1885.

Bertie appeared in the census on 5 April 1891 aged 6, at this time he was a Scholar. He was living with his parents Martin L [47] a Tailor and Jane [43] in Trevelmond Village, Liskeard. Also, in the household were his siblings Hilda B [11], Mildred [9], Garfield [7] all of whom were Scholars, Archibald [4] and Horace J [1].

Burt appeared in the census on 31 March 1901 aged 16. His occupation was Domestic Servant and he was in the household of William Brown [44] a Farmer at Parfell Farm, Lanreath, Liskeard, Cornwall, England.

At some time, Bertie Vivian went to Australia, however I have not yet at the time of writing (13 May 2020) been able to find any references to when on either Ancestry or Findmypast.

In 1916/17 Bertie appeared on the Electoral Roll in Wellington, Swan, Western Australia, Australia.

Bertie appeared on the Electoral Roll in 1922/25 in Wellington, Forrest, Western Australia, Australia at a place called Eden Bower, Harvey and he was a Farm Labourer.

In 1931/36/37/43 Berties and brother Horace Jasper both appeared in the Electoral Roll Wellington, Forrest, Western Australia, Australia at a place called Greenpools, and both of them were Farmers.

Bert appeared on the Electoral Roll in 1949/54/58 in Wellington, Canning, Western Australia, Australia, in Third Street, Harvey he was now Retired. His brother Horace Jasper was also at the same address and he was a Farmer.

Bertie Vivian died during 1961 aged 76 in Wellington, Western Australia.
