John Samuel Wareham

Was born on 8th October 1867 in Blandford, Dorset.

On 3rd April 1881 John S [13] Agricultural Labourer Shepherd was living with his parents Thomas [42] an Agricultural Labourer and Mary [41] at France Down, stourpaine, Blandford, Dorset. Also in the household was his siblings Maria M [20], George M [18] an Agricultural Labourer Carter, frederick [10], Tom [8], Mary A [6], Harry J [1] and Charlie C [3 months].

John Samuel married a Martha Charlotte FARREN late WESTON in 1892.

Martha Charlotte FARREN late WESTON - was born in 1870 and was baptised at St Thomas' Church, Bedhampton in the County of Southampton on 27th November of that year.

On 31st March 1901 John S [33] a Bricklayer and Martha E [30] were living in North Street, Bedhampton, Havant, Hampshire with their children Frederick Th [8], Edith EL [6], E Louisa [5], John E [3], Maria M [1] and Richard W [6 months].

During the 1911 census on 2nd April John Samuel [43] a Bricklayer and Martha [40] were living at 6 Washington Terrace, Emsworth, Warblington, Hampshire with their children Edith Louisa [15], Edward [13] an Upholsterer Assistant, Maria May Jane [11] at School, Rose Georgina [10], Richard [9], Charlie [7], George [6] and James [3].

Martha died in 1912 in Emsworth, Hampshire and was buried on 13th February 1912 in St Thomas' Church, Bedhampton, Havant, Hampshire.

John Samuel was in the 1920 Electoral Registers for the Polling District of Havant (FU) in the Parish of Havant at 1a Western Road.

On 29th September 1939 widower John S - General Foreman - was living at 26 Western Road, Havant and Waterlooville U.D., Hampshire.

John S died during 1947.
