299. Agnes Davey OLIVER, daughter of Richard Charles OLIVER and Mary Ann BARNECUT, was born in 1871. She was baptised on 18 November 1871 at her Parents House, St Cleer, Liskeard, Bible Christian Circuit.

Agnes D appeared in the census on 3 April 1881 aged 9 who at this time was a Scholar. She was living with her parents Richard C [43] a Blacksmith (Mine) and Mary Ann [42] a Dressmaker in the Village, St Cleer, Liskeard. Living with them were her siblings Charlotte H [20] a Dressmaker, Rosa [15] an Apprentice to Dressmaker, William M [13], Shadwell [12], Richard J [6], Lucy [5] these last 4 being Scholars, Ida M [3], Mabel [1] and cousin Evaline HA [1].

Agnes D married George A THOMAS on 22 November 1890 in Menominee, Michigan, USA. The marriage was witnessed by Richard and Mrs R Oliver. John M Shand Minister of the Gospel performed the ceremony.
