Edward Victor Passells

Was born during the 1st quarter of 1877 in the Portsea Island Registration district.

In the census of 1891 Victor [14] a NEWS VENDOR and his parents Richard [42] a MASTER MARINER  and Mahala [41] were living at 42 Adames Road, Portsea. Also there at the time were his siblings Minnie [18], Richard [16]  a NEWS VENDOR, Lillian [11], Harry [9], Sydney [7], William [11 months] and Dorothy [4 months] listed as a Step Daughter.

Edward Victor married an Ellen Jones during the 4th quarter of 1902 in the Portsmouth registration district.

Ellen JONES - no further information currently available.

On 2nd April 1911 during the census Edward Victor [34] a Petty Officer 1st Class RN and Ellen [29] were living at 22 Clarence St, Landport, Portsmouth with their children William Victor [6], Francis John [5], Ellen Rosea [2] and Alice May [2 months].
