91. Edmund John TOOKER, son of John TOOKER and Rebecca HARVEY, was born on 5 November 1839 in Warleggan, Bodmin, Cornwall, England. He was baptised on 26 January 1840 in Warleggan, Cornwall, England.

Edmund appeared in the census on 6 June 1841 aged 1, he was living with his parents John [25] who was a Carpenter and Rebecca [25] in Church Town, Warleggan, Bodmin, Cornwall, England. Living with them was his brother Benjamin [2 months]. There was also a Phillipa Harvey [13] and Robert Davey [15] a Carpenters Apprentice.

Edmund appeared in the census on 30 March 1851 aged 10, he was living with his parents John [39] a Carpenter Journeyman and Rebecca [40] at 7 Catherine Street, Stoke Damerel, Devon, England. Living with them was his siblings Elizabeth [8], Jane [6] and William [2].

Edmund John was awarded his Second Mate Competency Certificate on 6 January 1860.
